Rebecca is a writer, mother, wife, private equity executive and advocate for women in leadership.
She is a board member and co-founder of Fe league, a professional women's leadership organization, and a longtime sponsor of Women for Women International.
Rebecca holds an MA in International Affairs from The New School University in NYC and a BA in Writing & French from Loyola University in Maryland.
The Disappeared was inspired by her graduate research with the Identity Archive of the Grandmothers of the Plaza de Mayo at the University of Buenos Aires.
A native New Yorker, Rebecca lives on Florida's Gulf Coast with her family.
