Rebecca is a writer, mother, software executive, and co-founder of Fe league, a professional women's leadership organization. Her love of language and culture inspired her to study in southern France at a young age and, later, to work in Argentina with the Grandmothers of the Plaza de Mayo. As a chief people officer in the private equity space, Rebecca is passionate about gender equality and has been drawn to advocacy for women throughout her career.

She holds an MA in International Affairs from The New School University in NYC and a BA in Writing & French from Loyola University in Maryland. Rebecca is a member of Chief, a longtime sponsor of Women for Women International, and a member the Women's Fiction Writers Association.

A native New Yorker, Rebecca now lives on Florida's Gulf Coast with her family. She thinks grandmothers are secretly (and sometimes not-so-secretly) among the most influential people in the world.
